TUITION 2020-2021
Christiana Homeschool Academy meets for two days a week (Monday and Wednesday) and bases the monthly tuition on the tuition of private schools in the area (prorated down to the two days/week). Tuition can be paid monthly or can be paid all at once. There are additional fees for testing (prior to enrolling), books and uniforms and we ask each family to raise a small amount through various small fundraisers.

Additionally, class fees per grade will be published in May and collected in June at the book fair.
In the event of withdrawal from the program, any un-cashed checks will be refunded, except for funds to cover remaining POP commitment. The fundraising commitment will be prorated. Any checks that have been cashed will be nonrefundable, no exceptions.
This commitment will ensure that CHA can adequately staff our classes and compensate our tutors, as well as cover our overhead expenses. *Once a family has accepted an invitation to join CHA, the registration fee becomes non-refundable.
There is a fundraising goal for each family that ranges from $350-400.00 depending on the number of students. We offer a number of ways for the families to achieve this goal, or you may opt to “buy out” by making a contribution to CHA in lieu of fundraising participation.
One parent per family will be expected to sign up for a volunteer position (CHA –Christ’s Hands in Action). Additionally, if a parent is not serving as a tutor, they will be required to be a POP (parent on patrol). The POP commitment is for the duration of the year and may be paid for instead of POPing.
